Workshop Manager

We are Recruiting! Our client, a leading organisation in the agriculture and FMCG sector based in Harare is looking for an experienced Workshops Manager to oversee all workshop operations, ensuring maximum fleet availability, operational efficiency, cost control and compliance across a diverse fleet of heavy commercial vehicles, tractors, agricultural equipment, trailers, light vehicles and motorcycles. The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Managing all workshop operations, preventative maintenance programmes and fleet reliability. Overseeing repairs, major overhauls and maintenance planning for a large mixed fleet. Managing fuel station operations, fuel controls, reconciliations and consumption monitoring. Controlling maintenance budgets, workshop expenditure and cost reduction initiatives. Managing spare parts stores, inventory control and supplier performance. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards. Leading, mentoring and developing workshop personnel. Preparing maintenance reports, fleet performance analysis and operational KPIs.
