Requirements: 1. Education "– Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Engineering, Quality Management or a closely related field. – A postgraduate qualification in SHEQ, Environmental Management, Risk Management or Business Management will be an added advantage." 2. Experience "– Minimum of five years’ relevant SHEQ experience, including demonstrated supervisory or management responsibility in waste management, logistics, manufacturing, construction or another industrial environment. – Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, conducting audits, leading incident investigations and managing corrective actions. – Experience engaging regulators, certification bodies, contractors and senior leadership, with sound knowledge of Zimbabwean SHEQ and environmental requirements." 3. Certifications Recognised SHEQ qualification or certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHEMAC, ISO Lead Auditor or an equivalent professional credential is required or highly desirable 4. Skills "Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation, integrated management systems, risk assessment, environmental controls, quality assurance and emergency preparedness. Excellent leadership, auditing, incident investigation, root cause analysis, data interpretation, report writing and project-management skills. Ability to influence at all organisational levels, deliver effective training, manage competing priorities and use Microsoft Office and SHEQ reporting systems competently. A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage."
