Description

Manage stock and inventory for the food mall and all 3 departments. Do costings, variances, manage IBTs, and process GRVs.Help coordinate between staff, suppliers and management. Track stock movements and work hand-in-hand with the manager regarding stock, requirements and expiry. Help eliminate waste and control costs of products, ingredients etc.

Requirements

A strong background in the food industry, stock management and experience with costings and variances. Proficiency in GAAP and Excel software. Operational management of inventory. Good communication skills. A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Statistics or a related business field. Must be 22 years of age or older with high-level experience.
