Description

The Airmass Construction Quantity Surveyor will handle the essential financial and administrative mechanics of the site project. Costing & Valuations: Conduct accurate construction costing and prepare valuations for works completed to ensure steady project cash flow. Site Oversight: Work directly on-site to monitor progress, manage material wastage, and ensure the project adheres to the established budget. Project Coordination: Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to streamline workflows and resolve logistical bottlenecks. Reporting: Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on project expenditure and financial forecasts to management.
