We are a growing company with operations in mining and heavy industry seeking a professional, ethical and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage all purchasing and supply chain activities. Manage end-to-end procurement cycle in line with company policy and PRAZ Act where applicable. Prepare RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, and award recommendations. Sourcing, negotiating and managing suppliers and service providers. Maintaining approved supplier database and conducting supplier due diligence. Ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery and quality compliance. Preparing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and reconciling with stores. Working closely with Stores, Workshop, Mine and Finance Departments. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and legal requirements. Preparing weekly/monthly procurement reports and cost saving reports.
