Procurement Manager

Description

Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function and ensure the efficient sourcing of raw materials, packaging, consumables, and services to support business operations. The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance. Ensure the uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging. Drive cost savings and procurement efficiencies while maintaining quality standards. Manage inventory planning in collaboration with Production, Planning, and Finance. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Lead and develop the procurement team while building strong supplier relationships.
