Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Human Resources Officer to join them soon. • Talent acquisition • Manages payroll and checks payroll for outsourced employees. • Managing relationships and negotiations between management and labour unions or employee representatives to maintain stable working conditions. • Ensuring the organization adheres to labour laws. • Assists with HR budgets & reporting by providing current & future Cost-to-Company data. • Facilitates payments of HR related costs. • Fostering a healthy, safe work environment and resolving conflicts. • Enhancing employee skills through various training programmes • Human Resource Planning.
