Description

As our Human Resource Officer, you will be the heartbeat of our people operations. You will ensure that our workforce is motivated, compliant, and equipped to deliver exceptional results in a demanding yet rewarding mining environment. Your work will directly influence employee satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our mining operations.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field. At least 3 years’ HR experience — mining or heavy industry experience is a strong advantage. Solid knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and statutory requirements. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. High integrity, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
