HR OFFICER

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or a related field. • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources role. • Experience within the FMCG sector will be a distinct advantage. • Strong knowledge of labour legislation, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. • Strong organizational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
