Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to support our mining operations in Filabusi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective human resource management and supporting the company’s people and culture objectives.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations or a related field (added advantage). Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in an HR role (preferably in the mining sector). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of labour laws and mining sector regulations (advantageous).
