GENERAL MANAGER

Substantial experience in commercial citrus production at a similar scale. Proven senior management experience within a citrus operation. Strong practical citrus agronomy knowledge. Demonstrated track record of improving yields, fruit quality, productivity, or costs. Experience managing farm/production managers and senior teams. Strong financial and P&L management experience. Relevant Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field is advantageous. Experienced GMs, Senior Production/Agricultural Managers, Estate Managers, or strong second-in-command candidates ready to step into full P&L ownership are encouraged to apply.
