Equals Solutions is a FinTech company that provides digital consumer credit management solutions to institutions. The company offers a comprehensive set of automated, insight-driven services to help financial institutions achieve the digital transformation of the consumer credit management journey. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the Business Analyst post. The Job Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, the successful candidate will among other things be responsible for: Bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. Your key responsibilities include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. Your role is crucial in ensuring effective alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

Requirements

A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Certification in Business Analysis endorsed by IIBA, such as ECBA, is a plus. Excellent documentation skills including use of Microsoft Visio. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Knowledge of business analysis best practices and methodologies. Solid understanding of IT processes, software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies and product management principles. Familiarity with project management tools. Results-oriented and metrics-driven mindset, with an ability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
