Gloer Investments (t/a Gi Glo Solar and Boreholes) is seeking a results-driven and disciplined Branch Manager to lead operations and drive growth at one of our branches. The Branch Manager will be responsible for running the branch as a business unit, ensuring revenue growth, high-quality project delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and professional branch operations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, operations, or branch management - Strong leadership and discipline - Ability to drive results and meet targets - Good communication and client management skills - Experience in solar, borehole or construction-related industries is an added advantage - Experience of sales and marketing in the requested regions is a must
