Description

A medium-sized gold mining company is seeking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Assistant Electrician to support the electrical maintenance team in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment and electrical systems. The successful candidate will assist qualified electricians with electrical installations, maintenance, inspections, fault finding, and repairs while gaining practical experience in an industrial mining environment.

Requirements

- At least 5 Ordinary Level passes. - Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience. - Class 3 Electrician Trade Test Certificate will be an added advantage. - Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under supervision. - Good attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety. - Experience in a mining or industrial environment will be an added advantage.
