You Will: Manage stock and inventory for the food mall and all 3 departments. Do costings, variances, manage IBTs, and process GRVs. Help coordinate between staff, suppliers and management. Track stock movements and work hand-in-hand with the manager regarding stock, requirements and expiry. Help eliminate waste and control costs of products, ingredients, etc.
