Workshop Manager

Description

A growing company in the Motor Industry in Harare is seeking a results-driven and energetic Workshop Manager to join our team immediately. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Manage and Maintain fleet of yellow and heavy machines • Managing day to day operation in the workshop and labour allocation for day to day operations. • Coordinate resources (operational and human) and liaise with internal and external key contacts to ensure work is delivered on time to a quality standard. • Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling. • Assist with quoting, materials purchasing and quality checks. • Provide oversight and check job estimates • Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns • Identify clients need and explain or demonstrate service them such as technical descriptions. • Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
