A growing company in the Motor Industry in Harare is seeking a results-driven and energetic Workshop Manager to join our team immediately. Key Responsibilities β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. β’ Manage and Maintain fleet of yellow and heavy machines β’ Managing day to day operation in the workshop and labour allocation for day to day operations. β’ Coordinate resources (operational and human) and liaise with internal and external key contacts to ensure work is delivered on time to a quality standard. β’ Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling. β’ Assist with quoting, materials purchasing and quality checks. β’ Provide oversight and check job estimates β’ Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns β’ Identify clients need and explain or demonstrate service them such as technical descriptions. β’ Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
