Minimum Requirements Relevant Trade Certificate or Competency Certificate where applicable. Previous mining or industrial experience advantageous. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work shifts and under pressure. Medically fit for duty. Preferred Attributes Strong work ethic and reliability. Good problem-solving and technical skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Safety conscious and detail oriented. Good time management skills. Mining industry experience advantageous.
