Description
Golden Knot Microfinance, part of the Golden Knot Group, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to grow and manage a quality portfolio of group, micro, SME and salary-based loans, while cross-selling Golden Knot microinsurance, agency banking and remittance services.
Requirements
* A degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
* At least 2 years' experience in microfinance, banking, credit or insurance.
* Sound skills in credit appraisal, SME financial analysis and collections.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English and local languages.
* Proficient in MS Office and loan systems; a driver's licence is an advantage.
* High integrity and a clean record (reference, police and credit checks apply).
