Description
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the commercial and cost management of construction projects, including measurements, valuations, cost reporting, subcontractor payments, variations, and contract administration.
Requirements
A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics, or a related field. 2–5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry. Good understanding of construction contracts, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and measurement principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quantity Surveying software such as Candy. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication, negotiation, reporting, and organisational skills. A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
