Description

We're hiring a Google Ads Manager to build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns for our U.S. home services clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from account setup through daily optimization and client-ready reporting — working from our Greendale office during US business hours. Build and manage Google Ads accounts and campaigns (Search, Local Services Ads, Display, and Performance Max) for U.S.-based home services clients. Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and structure campaigns for maximum quality score and ROI

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience (agency or in-house) Proven track record managing budgets and driving measurable lead-generation results Experience with home services, local services, or other lead-gen verticals strongly preferred Google Ads certification a plus SEO experience a plus Strong written and spoken English; comfortable communicating directly with U.S. clients Analytical mindset — comfortable in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting tools Ability to work from our Greendale office during US business hours Self-starter who thrives managing multiple accounts under deadline pressure
