Description

Our client in the FMCG sector is on the market searching for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the FMCG entity. This role shall be responsible for ensuring sound financial management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. · A Professional Qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA CA) Is Highly Preferred. · Minimum Of 5–7 years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role within FMCG or a Similar Fast-Paced Industry. · Strong Knowledge of IFRS, Financial Modelling, ERP Systems, and advanced excel proficiency. · Excellent analytical ability, communication skills, leadership qualities, and business acumen. · Understanding of FMCG Market Dynamics, Supply Chain Finance, and Consumer-Driven Financial Strategies.
