Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above post, which has arisen in the Engineering Department at Lobel's Bread (Private) Limited. Based in Harare and reporting to the Electrical Controller, the successful applicant will among other aspects be responsible for: Ensuring plant functionality by carrying out breakdowns or preventive maintenance to the set standards. Ensuring machinery is free of faults by assessing machinery and identifying possible solutions. Minimizing down time by swiftly attending to machinery breakdowns. Complying with the checklist through daily routine checks. Determining the root cause of any breakdowns by investigating all breakdowns and give feedback to any responsible foreman. Ensuring new equipment fits in by installing and commissioning new equipment. Refurbishing old equipment. Ensuring all needed tools are available.
