Electrician

Description

Conduct routine building inspections and maintenance of MEP and ELV systems. Ensure proper operation of electrical panels, HVAC units, solar, Generators, irrigation systems, borehole, fire/life safety systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults. Maintain stock of essential spares and tools and maintain list of the same. Respond promptly to emergency service requests. Assist in after-hours activities as needed. Submit condition reports and recommend necessary actions. Advise on existing MEP systems, analyse the Reports of the Consultants and recommend suitable action to ensure that the property is always self sufficient with power and water. Perform all the necessary duties as requested by Management. Ensure that all the MEP systems are functioning properly at all times.
