We are seeking a proactive and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. & Continuous Improvement Coordinator. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with equipment, tools, and infrastructure while also learning and applying Continuous Improvement (CI) principles to support operational efficiency. This is an ideal position for a self-starter who enjoys fixing, building, and improving processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on manufacturing equipment, hand tools, power tools, and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on the production floor.
