We're looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, and promote our products in-store! Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to drive business growth and increase brand visibility - Develop and execute in-store promotions, activations, and events to drive sales and increase product visibility - Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and develop sales strategies - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform trade marketing strategies - Identify new business opportunities and routes to market, and develop strategies to capitalize on them - Support trade partners with marketing materials, training, and promotions to drive sales and increase brand visibility - Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand visibility - Manage trade marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources

Requirements

- Marketing degree or related field - 2+ years trade marketing experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills - Excellent project management skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
