Seeking an experienced IT professional to lead technology operations across a multi-site retail network. This hands-on role focuses on ERP systems, network infrastructure, security, and database administration, with primary responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central retail extensions. Key Responsibilities: ERP Administration: Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central, including configuration, user support, upgrades, and documentation. Database Management: Administer Microsoft SQL Server, optimize performance, and ensure disaster recovery readiness. Network & Infrastructure: Oversee multi-site network infrastructure, Ubiquiti UniFi systems, Active Directory, and server environments. Security: Manage Sophos XGS Firewalls and Endpoint Protection, enforce IT security policies, and ensure compliance. Development & Automation: Create tools and integrations using PowerShell, Python, or Node.js to improve efficiency. Leadership: Mentor junior IT staff, maintain documentation, and liaise with external vendors.
