Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries Provide accurate information about medical aid plans, benefits, and procedures Manage reception area to ensure it is clean and organized Maintain and update member records and databases Handle incoming and outgoing mail Capture and update client information in medical aid systems Process claims or forward them to relevant departments Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
