An established engineering company specialising in industrial refrigeration systems and pressure piping installations is seeking an experienced Lead Welder to join their growing fabrication and installation team. This role is suited to a highly skilled welder who can lead projects, plan fabrication work, and guide a team of welders during workshop and site builds. Lead welding and fabrication activities across workshop and site projects Plan and coordinate welding work for pressure piping and industrial plant builds Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel Read and interpret P&ID drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D CAD models
