Description

Accountant to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our underwriting and claims teams to ensure that all technical results are accurate, IFRS compliant and ready to drive informed decision-making. Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CA Z completed or actively in progress. 3 to 5 years’ technical accounting experience within the insurance sector. Strong working knowledge of IFRS, including insurance specific standards. Advanced Excel capability, including complex reconciliations and data analysis, with working knowledge of accounting systems. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate reporting within regulatory timelines. Highly analytical and detail focused, with strong reconciliation and problem-solving capability. A mindset geared toward continuous improvement, automation, and process optimisation.
