Description

Digital & Retail Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance across all digital and physical retail platforms. This role combines hands-on digital sales execution with operational oversight of the company’s nationwide retail sites to ensure seamless customer experiences, optimized sales strategies, and strong brand presence across all retail touchpoints. Digital Sales & Marketing Develop and implement strategies to grow online sales and digital customer engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, retail operations, or digital commerce. Proven track record of managing retail networks or multi-site operations. Strong understanding of digital sales platforms, CRM tools, and analytics. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
