Receiving and accommodating guests at the company’s Guesthouse.
Preparation of meals.
Guesthouse stocks management.
Supervision of grounds maintenance and housekeeping at the Guesthouse.
Regulate and control activities at the Guesthouse.
Management of tools, equipment or utensils.
Requirements
least 5 Ordinary level passes including Mathematics and English.
ď‚· Certificate in Culinary Arts/Professional Cookery or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution is an added advantage.
ď‚· Holder of valid Food Handling examination certificate.
ď‚· Working knowledge of safety management systems, preferably with exposure to the NOSA SHE System.
ď‚· Must be able to communicate at all levels both verbally and written.
 Holder of a clean Class 4 driver’s licence.
