Reporting to the Alternative Channels Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following Compiling daily and monthly statistical data Receiving inquiries on individual Business, Funeral Services and Employee Benefits via walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp and letters Proactively resolving client issues and applying corrective actioris to achieve the highest level of satisfaction. Receiving and preparing quotations for products and policy values as and when requested by clients and agents. Requesting policy documents for clients through New Business and Underwriting
