Description

Loan Sales Person to join our growing microfinance team In Harare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, assessing client loan needs, and ensuring high quality customer service while contributing directly to the institution’s loan book growth.Proactively market and sell loan products to individuals, small businesses, and groups.Conduct client mobilization, field visits, and community engagement activities to grow the client base.

Requirements

Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business Studies, Economics, or related field. At least 1 year experience in microfinance, banking, insurance, telecoms, or general sales. Knowledge of credit assessment and basic financial literacy is an added advantage. Ability to meet sales targets in a fast paced environment. A valid driver’s licence or ability to travel frequently is an added advantage. Key Competencies Strong sales and negotiation skills.
