Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for a fresh start in 2026? Based in regional NSW, you’ll lead the site’s maintenance function, ensuring all plant, equipment and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting production performance, and fostering a strong maintenance culture across the site.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role Background in food manufacturing, red meat or FMCG preferred Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, preventative systems and troubleshooting Ability to lead, mentor and develop teams Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
