Requirements

Degree in Food Science, Biochemistry or any related The incumbent should possess good interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact effectively within the organization Proven Leadership skills to lead teams in a manner conducive for productivity The incumbent should have knowledge of manufacturing systems Highly motivated personality and ability to work under minimum supervision Have a flair for figures Possess adequate computer literacy Tactful and diplomatic to handle welfare and labour relations Good problem-solving abilities
