At least 3-5 years in a senior management role within the NGO/Humanitarian sector. Demonstrated experience managing multiple grants from various institutional donors and foundations is a distinct advantage. Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of accounting software (SAGA, Pastel) and Odoo ERP system. Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and HR best practices.
