Human resources Develop, implement and evaluate training programs to enhance staff skills and performance. Implement and support the performance management system and succession planning. Oversee recruitment and selection processes including job postings, interviews and onboarding. Assist in Human Resources policy and strategy formulation. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
