The Works Foreman is responsible for supervising workshop operations, coordinating jobs, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient use of resources in motor rewinding, transformer and generator repairs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise and coordinate all workshop and onsite service activities.Ensure high-quality standards in motor, generator and transformer repairs Enforce safety regulations, PPE, usage, housekeeping, and company policies. Plan, schedule, and prioritise jobs. Monitor job paperwork, including labour utilisation and material usage. Provide technical support, guidance, training, and mentorship to workshop staff. Support maintenance of workshop equipment and plant. Review and approve requisitions for tools, materials, and equipment. Work closely with Works Manager, HR, QA, and Test Department. Liaise with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
