Minimum Apprenticeship trained Class 1 Artisan. 5+ years’ experience in plant or facility supervision (solar or industrial sites preferred). Should be able to perform a wide range of tasks, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on components like inverters, transformers, and trackers." The ability to read electrical drawings and understand safety isolation procedures is fundamental. Basic knowledge of SCADA, PV modules, inverters, and LV/MV equipment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. HT switching certificate preferably 33kV and above. Valid driver’s license and computer literacy."
