Leads full client onboarding and campaign setup, including kickoff meetings, CRM configuration, and development of client playbooks.

Requirements

Proven experience in client relations, account management, or reporting roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across regions and time zones. Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting and presenting performance data. Experience creating structured reports or dashboards. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools such as Slack, Gmail, and project trackers. Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments.
