We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive full-time, remote Customer Success & Sales Support Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational assistance to a sales function, working US hours. You’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role that ensures sales run smoothly, clients feel supported, and the team can focus on closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things running efficiently and delivering an excellent customer experience. Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing. Conduct post-sale follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and resolve any queries. Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, administration, or customer service. Working Hours: Eastern Time (EST, UTC-5): 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST or Central Time (CST, UTC-6): 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM SAST. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities. Confident with Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools, and other productivity platforms.
