Enterprise Sales Manager
Description
Mukuru is hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new partnerships, close deals, and ensure exceptional client experiences in Zimbabwe.Deliver on ambitious sales and revenue targets for Zimbabwe Identify, pursue, and close opportunities across NGO, Government, Corporate, and MSME sectors
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers Develop tailored sales strategies aligned with Mukuru's regional growth goals
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience in business development or enterprise sales
At least 2 years' experience managing key accounts or client portfolios
Background in fintech, remittances, or payments is highly desirable
Proven experience working with governments, NGOs, or large organisations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of B2B sales, proposals, and commercial agreements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (desirable)
Grade 12 / equivalent (essential)
