INTERNAL AUDITOR position that has arisen within Baker's INN Sales & Distribution Northern Region, Harare. Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across business units. Assess internal control systems and recommend improvements to mitige risks. Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory regulations. Manage and track Instinct Auditor findings, escalating unresolved issues. Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CISA, CA) is an advantage. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance. Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, audit metholodies, and ERP systems. "High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently across multiple audits. Experience in FMCG or logistics/distribution environments is an added advantage."
