The successful candidate will be based at TIMB Head Office.Providing legal protection and risk management advice to management, especially on contract management. Reviewing and advising management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures through Legal Compliance Audits. Conducting regular compliance audits of departments to continuously monitor compliance with Statutory Obligations as well as Principles of Good Corporate Governance. Assisting in ensuring the Board’s conformity to both internal and external legal and regulatory frameworks. Drafting and/reviewing all contracts or any other documentation where the Board is set to commit itself and assessing legal implications that need to be brought to the senior management’s attention.
