Description

Safety, Health, Environment & Quality 1. Safety & Health: Develop and enforce SHEQ policies, risk assessments and safe work procedures Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and monthly safety audits Investigate incidents / accidents, near-misses and produce reports with corrective actions Maintain accident register Conduct PPE checks and ensure availability for all staff Organize First Aid & Fire Drill training 2. Environment: Ensure compliance with EMA regulations on waste management, dust, and hazardous substances Monitor disposal of cement dust, sawdust, steel offcuts from workshop Maintain licenses and Environmental Management Plan 3. Quality:Implement quality checks for incoming stock and outgoing goods Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage Investigate customer quality complaints 4. Training & Compliance: Train all staff on SHEQ induction, safety procedures, fire fighting Maintain SHEQ files, licenses, permits, checklists Prepare monthly SHEQ report for management
