Glenrise Investments, an established organization in mining and construction, seeks to recruit suitably qualified and skilled SHEQ Officers. The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Plan, lead, organize and coordinate SHEQ activities. Monitor and evaluate SHEQ KPIs as required by the client. Ensuring SHEQ awareness, induction training and toolbox talks for all employees. Assisting in the development, support and training of SHEQ action plans to achieve objectives and targets. Compiling and managing safety files. Investigate all accidents and incidents thoroughly, producing detailed final reports. Conduct planned SHEQ audits in accordance with the approved audit program and schedule, and monitor the implementation and close out of identified findings. Coordinate emergency response activities, including firefighting and first aid teams. Compile statistics and reports. Implement, maintain and monitor compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
