Principal Accountabilities • Provides excellent customer service and front-office support • Prepares quotations, invoices, and billing documentation accurately • Maintains proper records and filing systems for operational activities

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field Additional qualification in Marketing is an added advantage • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role • Coordinates receiving and dispatching of vehicles, parts, and products • Liaises with the Workshop Supervisor to monitor work progress and deadlines • Ensures accurate costing of all company products and services record-keeping skills • Excellent customer service and communication abilities Good organizational and multitasking skills • Monitors adherence to internal workshop systems and procedures • Communicates with customers regarding outstanding orders and service updates • Collaborates with the Sales and Marketing Manager to support customer satisfaction and business growth • Handles reception duties and directs customer inquiries professionally • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Proficiency in computer applications and accounting systems • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Team player with a proactive and results-driven attitude
