Manpower planning and resourcing for the Mine in line with divisional business objectives Monitoring and ensuring departmental costs operate within budget Managing conditions of service in compliance with legislation, company policies, and practices Implementing HR systems and initiatives in support of divisional business objectives Assisting in promoting the Company's Business Management Systems (BMS) Leading Industrial relations and worker leadership engagements

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or equivalent IPMZ Diploma or equivalent qualification Master's degree will be an added advantage Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior HR position Sound working knowledge of SAP

Provisional Driver's licence
