We are currently seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and trade-tested Senior Diesel Plant Fitter to oversee the maintenance and repair of our heavy earthmoving equipment and commercial transport fleet.
Requirements
Recognized Trade Test Certificate (Class 1) in Diesel Plant Fitting (DPF). Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, specifically within the road construction or civil engineering industry. Proven, hands-on track record working with major earthmoving brands (e.g. CAT, Volvo, Bell, Case, JCB) and heavy commercial tipper trucks. Expert-level knowledge of heavy-duty diesel engines, complex gearboxes/transmissions, high-pressure hydraulics, and pneumatic systems. A valid heavy vehicle driver's licence (Class 2) is highly advantageous for machine testing.
