Description
The Revenue Assurance Manager leads the company's revenue assurance function, safeguarding revenue integrity by identifying and preventing revenue leakage, ensuring accurate billing, and strengthening controls across the billing, service delivery, and revenue reporting cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA) is an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, including experience in revenue assurance, billing, or financial control, preferably within telecoms/ISP or a related industry. Proven experience managing or leading a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of billing systems and revenue cycles. High attention to detail and integrity. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
